Adding images to your email signature

There are two types of images you can add to your email signature.

  1. Default Image allows you to use the same image across all email signatures
  2. Unique Image allows you to add a different image for each email signature.

Please note: You can currently only add one image per signature. The ability to add more images is coming in Email Signature Rescue V2, due for release in mid 2014.

To upload a Default Image

  1. Login to your Email Signature Rescue account
  2. On the Dashboard, press the Default Images button
  3. Upload your image
  4. When editing or creating an email signature, ensure that the option "Use Default Images" is selected in Step 4: Template Design.

 To upload a Unique Image (per signature)

  1. Login to your Email Signature Rescue account
  2. On the Dashboard, select the email signature you would like to add the image to, or create a new email signature
  3. Enter your email signature's details like Name, Role, Company, etc. and save
  4. Go to the Images Tab and upload your unique image
  5. Ensure that the option "Use these Images" is selected in Step 4: Template Design.
