A great feature of the Email Signature Rescue software is the ability to copy (or duplicate) email signatures.
To do this:
- Login to your account.
- Once you are logged in you will see your Dashboard with all your email signatures.
- To copy all the information from one email signature into another simply hit the Duplicate button next to the email signature that you want to create a copy of.
When you duplicate an email signature, you will be presented with a modal asking for the new name, email and role for the duplicated signature. Enter this information and press Duplicate.
The newly duplicated email signature will now be shown where you can edit any information you need to before you save it.
Duplicating a signature, takes all of the design, information, social icons and links from one signature and creates a new signature just like it. It's useful in situations where you need to create a lot of signatures but change a few values, like name, email and role. Once duplicated, you can change the signature as much as you like or need to.
