How to change text into a web link

1) Click on the field that you would like to make into a link.
2) Click on the link icon located underneath the text box
3) Enter the link starting with http:// or https://.

How to change text into a mailto (email address) link

1) Click on the field that you would like to make into a mailto link.
2) Click on the enveolope icon located underneath the text box
3) Enter the email address, for example, someone@company.com.

How to bold text

1) Click on the field that you would like to bold.
2) Click on the B icon located underneath the text box

How to turn fields on or off

1) Click on the field that you would like to turn on or off
2) Click on the power icon located underneath the text box
3) The field in the example below is ON. The icon is colored when off, and not colored when off.

How to duplicate a field

1) Hover on the field that you would like to duplicate (hover only, do not click).
2) Click on the Copy icon on the far right of the field
3) If you see a Trashcan icon, this is not an original field and cannot be duplicated. You can only duplicate original fields. Look for the field with the Copy icon instead.

How to delete a duplicated field

1) Hover on the field that you would like to delete (hover only, do not click).
2) Click on the Trashcan icon on the far right of the field
3) You can only delete duplicated fields, not original fields
4) If you see a Copy icon, this is an original field and cannot be deleted. If you do not need it, just turn it off instead, by clicking the field to open the options and turning the Power icon to OFF.

How to change a label

1) Click on the field that you would like to change the label for.
2) Look to the left of the field and you will see another field with only a Power icon and Bold icon below. This is your label field.
3) Change the text inside the label field box to change the label, for example, if you would prefer a C. for cell phone rather than an M. for mobile, change the M. to a C.
4) Don't make your label too long or it may break the design. Some email signature template designs can have longer labels. Adjust accordingly.
5) You can also Bold labels and turn them on/off using the icons below the field.

How to add Google Analytics to a link to track clicks

1) On the link field, tick the checkbox as shown below. This can be on a text link, icon link or even an image link.
2) Ticking this box will add the following string to your link ?utm_source=email-signature
3) You can only track links to your website or where you have your own Google Analytics script installed
4) You will be able to track clicks in your own personal Google Analytics account, under the term "email-signature".

Links

How to add social icons

1) Click on the green "Add a link" button and this will open a new panel.
2) Under the "Our icons" sub-heading, you can choose different colored and shaped social icons, or even search for an icon by name (eg.Facebook or Twitter).
3) Click on any icon to add it to your signature. The icon will now be shown on the email signature preview (at the top) and it will be added to a list of icons and text links (at the bottom).
4) You can add a web link or mailto link to the social icon, where it shows at the bottom of the page. Just click the Link icon to add a web link or the Envelope icon to add a mailto link.
5) You can sort the icons by dragging and dropping them in the bottom list.

How to add a text link

1) Click on the green "Add a link" button and this will open a new panel.
2) Under the "Text Links" sub-heading, you can enter any text you like and select a color for the text.
3) Click on the "+ Add Text Link button" to add it to your signature. The text link will now be shown on the email signature preview (at the top) and it will be added to a list of icons and text links (at the bottom).
4) You can add a web link or mailto link to the text, where it shows at the bottom of the page. Just click the Link icon to add a web link or the Envelope icon to add a mailto link.
5) You can sort the text links by dragging and dropping them in the bottom list.

How to upload your own custom icons

1) Click on the green "Add a link" button and this will open a new panel.
2) Under the "Upload Icons" sub-heading, you can click on the Upload button
3) Your icons will be automatically resized to 24x24 pixels after you have uploaded them.

2) Once you have uploaded your custom icon, you can then select the icon under the sub-heading "Your Icons".
3) Click on your custom icon to add it to your signature. The custom icon will now be shown on the email signature preview (at the top) and it will be added to a list of icons and text links (at the bottom).
4) You can add a web link or mailto link to the social icon, where it shows at the bottom of the page. Just click the Link icon to add a web link or the Envelope icon to add a mailto link.

How to add Call To Action (CTA) text before the social icons or text links

1) In the bottom panel that holds your selected icons and text links (where you can sort and apply links) you will see a text box above each of the social icon links and the text links, with the words "Follow Me" inside.
2) You can turn on the CTA text by pressing the on/off power icon below it.
3) You can apply Bold formatting to the text by pressing the Bold icon below it.
4) Editing this field changes the call to action (CTA) text preceding the social icons and text links, for example, "Follow Us" or "Follow Me".

How to sort social icons

2) Once you have a social icon sitting in the bottom list, simply hover over it with your mouse and it will show a blue sort icon next to it.
3) Click and hold the icon or text link and move it to the desired location in the list.
4) When you have it in the desired location, let go of the mouse to drop it.

1) In the bottom panel that holds your selected icons and text links (where you can sort and apply links) you will see a Delete button on the right side.

Images

What is a primary image?

1) A primary image is generally used for adding a logo to your email signature, but it can be any other image your like, for example a profile picture.
2) Primary images are scaled down to be at most, 250px wide and 250px long.

1) A secondary image is generally used for adding a personal profile photo to your email signature, but it can be any other image your like, for example a logo.

What is a base image?

1) A base image is generally used for adding banner or promotional images to the bottom of ths signature, but it can be any other image you like.

How to add more signatures to your account (upgrade your plan)

1) Click on the "Change Plan" button on the Dashboard 2) Choose your new plan from the options provided.
3) Click Change Plan. Please note: If you have only setup Paypal as a payment option, you will need to add a new credit card and make it your primary card, before you can change your plan.

How to remove signatures from your account (downgrade your plan)

1) First, you need to delete any signatures that you are not using. Go to the Dashboard and delete the signatures you do not require, until you have as many signatures left in your account as the plan you are downgrading to allows. For example, if you have 30 signatures and you would like to downgrade to 10, delete the 20 signatures you are not using first.

2) Click on the "Change Plan" button on the Dashboard.

3) Choose your new plan from the options provided.

4) Click Change Plan. Please note: If you have only setup Paypal as a payment option, you will need to add a new credit card and make it your primary card, before you can change your plan.

How to change your username

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

2) Click on Profile.

3) Change your username and press save.

How to change your password

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

2) Click on Profile.

3) Change your password, confirm it in the second password box, and press save.

How to add a new credit card

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it. 2) Click on Profile. 3) Click on the Payment Details tab. 4) Click on "Add a new credit card" button. 5) Enter the details of the new credit card and press save. 6) Make the credit card the primary card, by selecting the "Make Primary" radio button and press save.

How to change from Paypal to credit card

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

2) Click on Profile.

3) Click on the Payment Details tab.

4) Click on "Add a new credit card" button.

5) Enter the details of the new credit card and press save.

6) Make the credit card the primary card, by selecting the "Make Primary" radio button and press save.

7) Click Remove on the Paypal details.

How to make a credit card the primary card

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it. 2) Click on Profile. 3) Click on the Payment Details tab. 4) Make the credit card the primary card, by selecting the "Make Primary" radio button and press save.

How to update a credit card

1) This is for when you need to update an existing credit card's name, expiry number or CVV number.

2) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

3) Click on Profile.

4) Click on the Payment Details tab.

5) Press the Update button next to the credit card you would like to update.

6) Enter the new details and press save.

How to remove a credit card

1) This is for when you need to remove an existing credit card.

2) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

3) Click on Profile.

4) Click on the Payment Details tab.

5) Press the Remove button next to the credit card you would like to remove.

Please note: this is only possible to do on credit cards that are not primary cards. If you need to remove a credit card, add a new one first, change the new card to the primary card, then remove the old card.

How to remove a Paypal account

1) This is for when you need to remove an existing Paypal account.

2) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

3) Click on Profile.

4) Click on the Payment Details tab.

5) Press the Remove button next to the Paypal account you would like to remove.

Please note: this is only possible to do on Paypal accounts that are not primary. If you need to remove a Paypal account, add a new credit card first, change the new card to the primary card, then remove the old Paypal account.

See a list of your past payments

1) Click on your username in the top right hand corner of the Dashboard. Usually this is your email address, if you have not changed it.

2) Click on Profile.

3) Click on the Invoices tab.

4) You will see a list of all invoices paid.

Please note: this currently does not show refund history or allow you to print or email invoices yet. These features are currently being worked on. If you require an invoice or receipt for your payment, please email support.
