How to sort contact fields and get contact fields to line up correctly

To sort contact fields, like your phone numbers, address or fax numbers, simply hover over the field in the Profile tab to show the sort icon on the left hand side. When the sort icon shows, grab the field by clicking and holding with your left mouse button. Drag the field in the list where you want it to go and release the mouse button to drop it.

If your contact fields are not showing on the correct lines or you would like to change where your contact fields are showing, you need to drag and drop all of the OFF fields to the bottom of the list.

If you are not using a Fax number and this field is grey (not blue) it means that it's off. Drag and drop the fax number to the bottom of the list to make the other fields line up correctly.

Example:

You might see the contact fields showing like this

m. mobile | a. address
e. email
w. website

But you want the email and website to be on the same line, like this:

m. mobile | a. address
e. email | w. website

There would be an OFF field in between your email and website fields, in your list. Drag and drop this OFF (grey) field to the bottom of the list to correct this.

If you want to place blank lines or spaces, you can duplicate fields and turn them on, but delete the text inside, then place them where you would like your space to be.

Example:

You might see the contact fields showing like this

m. mobile | a. address
e. email | w. website

But you want the fields to be on separate lines, like this:

m. mobile
a. address
e. email
w. website

To achieve this, simply add blank fields after each of the contact details. So after mobile, add a blank contact field. After address, add another blank contact field and so on.
