Just Joined - Received Welcome Email and Receipt Email

If you just joined Email Signature Rescue and you received both a Welcome Email and a Receipt Email for your payment, and are receiving the message "You need to add a new plan before you can create any signatures", please wait a minute, then refresh the browser until you see the message change to "You are using 0 out of X signatures".

Our software relies on hearing back from the payment processor that your payment was successful before assigning the signatures and plan to your profile. We are sorry about the wait, it's usually very quick but can take up to two minutes at peak times.

Just Joined - Did Not Receive Welcome Email and Receipt Email

If you just joined, but did not receive a Welcome Email or Receipt for your payment, your payment was unsuccessful. Your account has been created, but your account is not active yet, as we did not receive payment from you. You need to:

1. Add a new credit card by going to Hi, username > Profile > Payment Methods

2. Add a new plan by going to Hi, username > Profile > Plans > Change Plan

Previous Member

If you have been a member of Email Signature Rescue previously and let your account lapse, you might see this message when you login for the first time. To activate your account again, you need to

1. Add a new credit card by going to Hi, username > Profile > Payment Methods

2. Make the new credit card primary (remove the old Paypal address if it exists)

3. Add a new plan by going to Hi, username > Profile > Plans > Change Plan

4. Please contact support to restore any previous signatures you had setup, if you need to.
